Postprism’s AI Scheduling Assistant turns a chat or a spreadsheet into scheduled social media posts. Describe what to post and when, or attach an XLSX, JSON or CSV file. It builds an editable table of posts, asks when a time, network or post is missing, and schedules them all when you click Confirm & Schedule.
Four steps, and most of them are a sentence or two in a chat.
Click AI Assistant in the Postprism sidebar. Start from a suggestion such as Multi-platform schedule, or type straight into the chat.
Write what to post, where and when, in your own words, or attach an XLSX, JSON or CSV file, also from Google Drive or Dropbox.
If a time, network or post is missing, the assistant asks. Every post lands in an editable table where you can change the text, networks and time.
When every row is ready, click Confirm & Schedule. The posts go onto your content calendar and publish at their times.
A chat on the left, an editable table of posts on the right, and nothing is scheduled until you say so.
Type “Post this on LinkedIn Tuesday 9am” or “Post daily on LinkedIn at 8am next week”. The assistant reads dates in your own time zone and drafts a row per post.
Attach an XLSX, JSON or CSV file, or pick a file or Google Sheet from Google Drive or Dropbox, and every row becomes a post in the table.
Up to 200 rows per import
When a time is vague, the networks are unclear or a post has no text yet, the assistant leaves it blank and asks you, one question at a time.
Each row gets its own networks, and Adapt to platforms writes a version for each of them, in your brand voice, before you schedule.
One AI adaptation per row
Shorter, Longer, More casual, More professional, Stronger hook, Add a CTA, Simplify or More energetic, or type your own instruction. Undo is one click away.
Every conversation is saved in its history. Reopen a draft to keep going, and see which conversations are already scheduled.
A chat or a spreadsheet goes in, an editable table comes out, and you decide when it is scheduled.
What it accepts, what it asks about, and how it counts toward your plan.
People who would rather say what they want posted than fill in a form for every post.
Paste a week of post ideas with rough times, answer a couple of questions, and see the whole week drafted in one table.
Turn launch notes into LinkedIn and X posts between meetings, with Fine-tune to sharpen the hook before you schedule.
Import a client’s content plan from Google Drive, set the networks for each row, and schedule it into their workspace in one step.
The Scheduling Assistant lives inside Postprism. If you already work in Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, Postprism’s MCP server lets that assistant schedule posts too.
create_post saves a draft without a date, or schedules the post with scheduled_at.
list_platforms tells the assistant which networks the workspace has connected.
list_posts returns what is planned, so the assistant can confirm the week is filled.
The MCP server works on Solo, Freelancer and Agency. The REST API is on Freelancer and Agency.
Every weekday next week at 8 AM, post one cold brew tip on LinkedIn and Bluesky. Save them as drafts in Postprism so I can review them.
