A step-by-step walkthrough of the Postprism editor — writing content, selecting platforms, and publishing or scheduling.
From the Dashboard, click "New Post" in the top-right corner. This opens the content editor. You can also create a post directly from the Calendar view by clicking any date.
The main text field is your base content — write it as you would for any platform. Postprism will use this as the starting point when adapting content for each platform.
You can attach media (images or video) using the attachment button. Supported formats are JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, and MP4. There is no file size limit in the editor, though individual platforms impose their own limits at publish time.
Use the platform selector on the right side of the editor to choose which platforms this post will be published to. You can select one or multiple platforms simultaneously.
Each selected platform gets its own tab where you can review and edit the platform-specific version of your content before publishing.
To publish immediately: click "Publish Now". Postprism will send your post to all selected platforms at once.
To schedule: click "Schedule" and pick a date and time. The post will enter the queue and publish automatically at the chosen time. Scheduled posts are visible in the Calendar view.
To save as a draft: click "Save Draft". Drafts appear in the Kanban board under the Drafts column and can be edited or published at any time.
