# LinkedIn API guide

> Publish text, an image or a video to a LinkedIn profile or Company Page. Platform key: linkedin.

## Things to know

- A Company Page connected in Postprism appears in `GET /api/v1/platforms` as `linkedin:org:<page id>`, next to the personal `linkedin` profile. Use that exact key in `platforms` and `platform_content`.
- LinkedIn accepts videos from 75 KB; the API accepts videos up to 100 MB.

## Settings

Optional LinkedIn options go in `platform_content.linkedin.settings`. Invalid values are rejected when you create or update the post, with a message naming the field.

| --- | --- | --- |
| `visibility` | `"PUBLIC"` or `"CONNECTIONS"` | Who can see a post on a personal profile. Default `PUBLIC`. Company Page posts are always public. |
